The WBA Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC) was formed in 1982, as a subsidiary of the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA). WBA-EBC provides services and marketing support to the WBA Insurance Trust. The WBA Trust provides health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits to WBA members.
Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our members by offering flexible, cost-effective benefit solutions that meet their diverse needs. With a focus on value and accessibility, we are committed to delivering benefits that make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Through strategic partnerships with leading providers, including UnitedHealthcare for medical and vision, Delta Dental for dental and vision, and Lincoln Financial for life and disability coverage, we ensure our members receive reliable and quality protection.
We can offer competitive pricing by consolidating member banks into a purchasing pool and spreading the risk. Additionally, members receive exceptional customer service from the WBA-EBC team. The group of dedicated professionals are always ready to assist their members.
